If you are using a multi-layer insole, you can remove layers to create more room for your foot if needed. If you don’t have enough room for your foot even with a single layer, you may not have loosened the laces enough, or you may be using shoes that are too small. Some lift wearers purchase shoes a half to full size up from their normal shoe size to guarantee additional space for their feet. You can also try removing the factory insole to make more room. If none of this works, you might have chosen a height insole that is too large. In this case, feel free to exchange it for a shorter one.
I still cant get the insole to fit with my shoe. What should I do?
