Can height insoles be worn during exercise or sports?

We recommend that you do not attempt to wear height insoles (of any kind) during exercise or sports, as it could lead to further injury. Due to the difference in elevation, any injuries you may incur while wearing the insoles could be exacerbated. Our shoe lifts are intended for casual wear only (e.g., regular walking pace, standing, sitting). Any height insole company that says otherwise is putting your health at risk.
